The TDC Inter-High School Championship, which is usually held in St. Kitts, will for the first time be a four day event, being held in both St. Kitts at the Kim Collins Athletic Stadium and on Nevis at the Nevis Athletic Stadium, with the SKN Athletics Association (SKNAA) dubbing the 2024 meet, as “historic”.

The first two days of the meet, Thursday 14th and Friday 15th March, will include field events only, scheduled to take place at the Kim Collins Athletic Stadium in St Kitts. The last two days, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th March, will take place at the Nevis Athletics Stadium where all track events will take place.

This move came in order to facilitate the ongoing work or renovations at the Kim Collins Athletics Stadium. In terms of whether athletes from St. Kitts will stay over on Nevis, or not, what are the plans? Federal Minister of Sports, the Hon. Samal Duggins, gave the VONNEWSLINE this response on February 13th:
