Lawmen has charged three men on cannabis related offences in St. Kitts and Nevis.

The Police have charged Davin Phipps of Lower Westbourne Ghaut, St. Kitts; Xavier Dore of Pot Works, Nevis and Antonio Pascal of Cotton Ground, Nevis, each for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.

Mr. Phipps’ offence was committed on June 27th, 2024, in St. Kitts and Mr. Dore’s and Mr. Pascal’s, on June 26th, 2024, in Pot Works.

Mr. Phipps was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on June 28th, 2024, and Mr. Dore and Mr. Pascal were each charged at the Newcastle Police Station on Nevis.
