Top COP gives updates on missing persons

 Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hilroy Brandy. 

 

He was updating the Federation about three (3) persons that are still missing. 

 

The 1st person mentioned was 36-year-old Jabal Henry of River Ghaut, Upper Cayon, St. Kitts.

 

A Police Communiqué in 2020 says Henry was last seen on the evening of Friday, January 31st, 2020 walking along the Kim Collins Highway, wearing a black shirt and long black pants.

 

He is said to be medium built, has dark skin, black hair, and described as 5 feet 7 inches in height. 

 

The 2nd person was 21-year-old, Charlvin Marks who was last seen on December 19th, 2019.

 

He was last seen wearing a black sweater and  a black sweatpants with a backpack on his back and a T-square in his hand.

 

He is described as having dark skin, black hair, a scar on the centre of his nose, facial hair and is 5 feet 11 inches in height and medium built. 

 

The 3rd person mentioned by Commissioner Brandy was 81-year-old David Lake.

 

Police say he was last seen in a grey shirt walking in the southern section of Conaree in St. Kitts at about 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 16th, 2020.

 

To date, a number of searches have been conducted by the Police with members of the community assisting in some instances.
