Two arrested and charged for quarantine breaches

Superintendent of Police and Member of the National COVID-19 Task Force – Mr. Cromwell Henry has informed the nation of breaches at approved quarantine sites.  

 

Mr. Henry explains.:

 

 

During the COVID-19 Briefing on February 17th, Superintendent Henry said the individuals (Guiseppe Macon-Goudeau, a citizen of the United States of America and Amanda Chang, a national of Jamaica who resides at Church Ground, Nevis), were arrested and charged.

Although visits to quarantine sites (whether at home or an approved facility) are prohibited under the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Act, Mr. Henry advised the general public who wish to deliver items to individuals, “to report to the on-site security, who will make the delivery on your behalf.”
