Who will take the fault for the current jeopardies of the CBI Programme?

Following the filing of two civil lawsuits concerning St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme, the debate has begun on where the responsibilities for this matter should lie.

 

 

 

The lawsuits, one filed in the federation and the other in the USA, claims that there was an “underselling” practice within the country’s Citizenship By Investment (CBI) Programme between 2021 and 2022, a release from the Federal Government says.

 

 

 

According to reports, the lawsuits were initiated by MSR Media’s Producer Philippe Martinez who has involvement with the CBI Programme. As details of the suits come to the fore, the question remains with Kittitians and Nevisians alike; who holds the responsibilities for Martinez’s association with the programme and the federation.
