The Poverty Alleviation Program (PAP), alias the Household Assistance Program, assist households whose earnings are less than $3,000.00 EC dollars a month, with a supplement of $500.00 EC dollars.

As of consequence of the economic impact the COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause, more persons registered under the PAP program:
