Lawmen have charged Shomari “Jelly Man” Hanley of Shadwell, Basseterre, St. Kitts, on two (2) warrants for the murders of 23- year-old Lequani T. James and twenty-four (24)-year-old Kevin Collins.

James and Collins, both of Upper Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, were gunned down in Lower Monkey Hill, on Nov. 22nd, which took the Federation’s homicide toll from 26 to 28.

Kejaun Connanier, 21, sustained gunshot injuries to both legs during that incident.

The charges were laid against Hanley, 23, on Wednesday Dec. 13th, at the Basseterre Police Station.
