In keeping with International Women’s Day celebrated on March 8^th, the Women in Construction group here on Nevis, held an informative event for women to learn more about the job opportunities surround Construction.

The theme for the Women’s Day was “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world”. President of Women in Construction, is Carolyn Browne.

Ms. Browne told the VONNEWSLINE the event was good timing, for the abovementioned observance.
