The Department of Community Development is currently offering assistance to individuals, in signing up for the Budget Boost Wallet (BBW), a monthly payment of $250 over the next 6 months for financial relief.

 To sign up, persons who have a valid social security ID are asked to visit the Jessup’s, Pond Hill, Franklyn Browne and Hanley’s Road Community Centres between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. until Thursday January 30^th, which will be the last day to receive January’s payment.

No retroactive payments will take place.

 Eligible individuals must be a resident of St. Kitts and Nevis, have a gross earning of $5000 or less per month and have made at least one social security payment since January 2024.
