Autopsy reveals cause of death for SKN’s latest homicide
The cause of death has official being revealed for the federation’s latest homicide victim.
Japheth Liburd of Central West Bourne Street, St. Kitts, was killed on Wednesday, November 1st. According to reports, Liburd was found in Salt Pond Alley, McKnight, lying motionless on the ground with visible chop wounds about his body. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
According to the autopsy, the cause of death was Hypovolemic Shock due to Massive Left Hemothorax and Hemopericardium. The autopsy was carried out by Resident Pathologist, Dr. Adrian Nuñez.
The incident marked the 24th homicide in St. Kitts and Nevis.
