Federal Tourism Minister “hopefully expectant” of reduction in restrictions

Federal Minister of Tourism, Lindsay Grant, expressed his anticipations for the 2021-2022 Cruise Season in a Covid-19 environment, during a press conference on 19th Nov.

 

At the forum, which he used to update the nation on the cruise calls etc., he made this comment, pertaining to the phased approach taken and was asked about the long term plans, in light of the said reopening

According to data from the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, during November St. Kitts will receive 28 cruise calls with an estimated total of 72,163 passengers. Fifty-one (51) calls are scheduled for December equating to 119,146 projected passengers.

 

Nevis is expecting 39 cruise calls for the season with a capacity of 11, 928 passengers.
