SKN’s IRD and Customs Department collected a total of $457 million, in 2019

The two (2) major revenue collecting agencies of the Government of St. Kitts & Nevis, the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and the Customs & Excise Department, collected $457 million dollars in total for 2019.

Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, provided this breakdown last Wednesday, as it relates to the collection of tax revenues.

Here on Nevis, the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) collected $87.79 million dollars in tax revenue, as at October 2019, according to the 2020 Budget (chapter 3-Domestic Economic Performance).
