That’s Nevis’ Premier, the Hon. Mark Brantley speaking at his Press Conference on Tuesday, May 25^th.  

Premier Brantley recently signed a three-year-multi-picture production deal with MSR Media that will see more than a dozen movies being filmed on Nevis. 

MSR Media and the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) partnered to launch a film industry on Nevis, earlier this year.

Initially, a total of six movies were slated to be filmed on the island.  

The UK-based company has a staff compliment over 80 on the island which includes crew and support and in each film MSR will be using local actors, as extras.

This will in turn provide a boost to Nevis’ economy during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
