Director of Agriculture in St. Kitts, Mr. Melvin James, spoke on the revival of the Bayford’s Livestock Center of Excellence. According to Mr. James, the farm was a place where there was much livestock and schools used to travel to for picnics and field trips. It has since dwindled in activity until it was almost closed.

The revival plan entails transforming the farm into a breeding farm.
