Citizens and residents were once again reminded of the important steps to be taken in the event of a fire incident.
During a discussion with a representative of the St. Kitts-Nevis Fire and Rescue Services, persons were given information on how to remain safe, if a fire occurs. According to FSSO Timothy Martin, it is important for persons to remain calm when calling the service to report such incidents, to get the quickest and smoothest response, which in turn can save lives and reduce damage.
