His comments on Feb. 16th came following the Task Force’s recent deliberations. The foregoing procedures have been in place for approximately two (2) years, following the commencement of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020.
Earlier in January, the Federation saw a surge in cases brought about by the Omicron variant and experienced the 4th wave of Covid-19. As of Wednesday evening however, SKN had a total number of 65 active cases. Mr. Samuel emphasized that the procedures earlier mentioned is not essential at this time.
