Monday July 31st was a day of celebration and reflection at the studios of VON Radio, as the station along with the family members of the late Vanita Walters popularly known as “Aunty Vannie” acknowledged the contribution and achievements of the loyal supporter of VON Radio on what would have been her 70th birthday.
During the brief proceedings, the management and staff of the station officially renamed the Birthday Greeting Show to which Mrs. Walters had much connection, to the “Vanita Walters Birthday Greeting Show”.
