This came from a Statement the Deputy PM issued on Wednesday and comes in the wake of remarks from both Nevis’ Premier and SKN’s Prime Minister, about Nevis’ “fair share” of the CBI’s money.
Though the Charlestown Accord (a binding document, which sets out promises to the people of Nevis) states that “revenue from passport processing fees under the CBI shall be shared with the NIA on a pro-rata population basis”, this has not come to pass.

But, one thing is clear to Mr. Richards:
