Fishing Boat hoisted up at Charlestown Pier A fishing boat was hoisted by a crane in Charlestown as it began to sink out in open waters. An Official at NASPA told the VONNEWSLINE that the boat began to sink in open waters over the weekend. The fishing boat was eventually brought to the Charlestown pier to be taken out of the water by a crane. The VONNEWSLINE will provide more details on this story, as it develops.
