Indonesian Ambassador to SKN to resign

His Excellency (H.E.) Priyo Iswanto, stated that he will be stepping down as Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to St. Kitts and Nevis.

 

He served in this post since May 2017. In a recent interview regarding his departure, he made these comments:

The VON Radio idea was conceived two years earlier by BVI Nevisian resident, Mr Merrit Herbert. In the early part of 1986 I visited Nevis just after some heavy rains which had set the ghauts overflowing and made the roads impassable in some areas. a dangerous situation indeed.
