“It is better to send the representative to Government and Cabinet”, Premier Brantley says, amid the March 5th By-Election

That’s Premier of Nevis and Leader of the Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM), the Hon. Mark Brantley.

He was speaking in relation to the upcoming By-Election here on Nevis, for the St. Thomas’ Parish, Constituency #5.

Nomination Day was held on Tuesday, February 25^th, 2020.

The By-Election is slated for Thursday, March 5^th, 2020.

CCM’s Candidate, Mr. Keith Scarborough, was officially nominated on February 25^thand will vie for the position of Parliamentary Representative for St. Thomas’ Parish.

The Nevis Reformation Party (NRP’s) Candidate, Mrs. Cleone Stapleton-Simmonds was also nominated on February 25^th.

She will vie for the Constituency #5 seat.
